TRX was originally born from the Navy Seals, an elite force that needed a system of exercises that were productive in various environments.  The rest is history and now TRX is here to challenge every day exercise enthusiasts all over the world. 

As a Pilates Reformer Trainer,  I noticed  the similarity of  TRX exercises and the movements invented by Joseph H Pilates for the Universal Reformer and Cadillac/ Trapeze Table. Both TRX and Pilates Reformer/ Trapeze combo offer a powerful program.
